WHAT IS IT?
Everything you need to be supported to go through your own personal Ascension over a 12-month period with the option to continue onwards if you'd like to.
Meaning: If there are big changes you want to make in your life, a new direction, a new level and/or a new version of you, THIS is the container within which to do it.
This group has been created to be your one-stop home to guide, inspire and support you as you move into the brave new world of following the call of your SOUL.
We'll be working with the four seasons, the five New Life stages and your own place on the Hero's Journey to support and guide you through the most incredible 12 months on the way to your most precious and high dream/s and goal/s.
This part of your journey directly corresponds to the INITIATION part of the Hero's Journey.

WHO IS IT FOR?
PLEASE READ THIS PART CAREFULLY 😉
This group is for women who are ready to put on their "big girl panties" and follow the call of their soul into uncharted territory.
If this is you, you have reached a point on your own journey where you understand that work, growth and evolution are a necessary part of getting to what you really want.
You have already created a lot in your life, perhaps you have been very successful in many areas, and yet, the life you are currently living is not exactly as you desire it to be, and you feel the call to more - perhaps much, much more.
While you know that you could go this alone, you would much prefer not to! You understand that while you must take personal responsibility for your own journey, it is so much more fun, inspiring and rewarding to share the journey with other Heroines.
WHO IS IT NOT FOR?
THIS PROGRAM IS NOT FOR YOU IF ANY OF THESE ARE TRUE:
- You are resistant to moving forward in your life, and aren't sure if you're ready.
- You do not believe in a force/power bigger than yourself.
- You are attached to the story of your life so far and want to keep revisiting it.
- You find being called out (lovingly!) on your stories or unhelpful behaviours upsetting.
PLEASE NOTE
My style of coaching is loving yet direct. In this particular program, because it is of a higher level and is about making significant progress and transcending what has gone before, if I hear that you are repeating the same stories, excuses or resistance over and over again, I will flag this up to you and we will need to discuss if this is in fact the right program for you. While it is normal and natural to feel fearful at times, this program is about feeling the fear and doing it anyway, at the pace that suits you. This program is to support those who really want to break through and get real results, and are willing to do what it takes, therefore it is important that we only have women in the program who are focused on forward momentum and are willing to leave the unhelpful and painful parts of their past behind.
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: KNOW WHERE YOU ARE RIGHT NOW
There are 2 key things you will clarify for yourself before you begin this next chapter of your journey:
1) Which of the 5 New Life Stages (see above image) you are currently in, or are needing to be in.
2) Which season (literally) it is in your part of the world as you begin your journey (i.e. spring, summer, autumn, winter).
STEP 2: TAKE STOCK
If you are a part of Eat Cleaner, Live Larger, this is the same as MODULE 1 of the Success Path. If you have not completed this yet, or it's been more than two months since you did so, you will need to visit or revisit this step.
STEP 3: CLARIFY YOUR BLISSFUL NEXT CHAPTER
Via a guided process you will:
1) Receive clear guidance on what your soul requires/desires to experience in this next chapter.
2) Receive clear guidance on how your soul requires/desires to create/manage/enjoy your energy and space in your next chapter.
3) Receive clear guidance on how your soul requires/desires to invest/enjoy your time and money.
4) Create a clear paper or digital vision that captures the above in a way that lights you up and pulls you forward. (This becomes your "Treasure Map".)
STEP 4: MAKE A PLAN
Taking into account all of the previous three steps, I will support you in creating a plan that is uniquely your own and perfect for your specific journey and the pace at which you want to traverse it. This will happen via coaching during one of our group calls once you are ready to have this conversation. This will then set you up to move forward on your journey.
STEP 5: WORK YOUR PLAN
Once you have your plan, your task is to walk it! Use the 3 coaching calls per month to ask for any help you might need as well as to receive inspiration and energy from other Heroines in the group.
Over the course of our year together, there is no end to what you can create and step into as you continue to show up, move forward and take action in the direction of your soul-led dreams.

For those who work with Notion or plan on working with Notion, various templates will be made available to you over the course of the year for those who want to keep track of their journey digitally.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Private Member Area
This is a password-protected online home for all of your program materials and call recordings. Everything will be housed within this portal and you'll have lifetime access.
All call recordings will be uploaded to the Private Members Area later the same day.
3x Live Coaching Calls PCM
Group calls take place on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Monday of each month at 9am PT/12pm ET/5pm UK and run for 90-minutes. These calls are your opportunity to be inspired, receive support, guidance, education and anything else that will help you to progress your soul-led journey.
NB: The second call of the month will NOT be recorded in order to provide extra confidentiality for those who show up live and who want to speak about extra-sensitive topics.

Quarterly Money Workshops
Happening on Sunday 12th November 2023 for 3 hours, starting at 8am PT/11am ET/4pm UK, we are going to deep-dive into the topic of MONEY and workshop how to create/manifest the amount of money you want/need to bring your next chapter to life as you desire it. We'll be working with both practical and metaphysical concepts. Money should NOT be the reason why you can't do something, and lots to discuss here. We'll have one of these workshops every 3 months to keep the conversation going and to expand your moeny mindset.
In short, you'll receive everything you need to plan, navigate and complete this cycle of your Hero's Journey.
