Why this event and why me?
For almost 30 years I’ve been guiding women from all around the world to create diets, lives and businesses that they love.
I’ve written for Hay House, been featured in The Daily Mail, Woman & Home, Tatler, and on GMTV, among many others.
Heck, I've even run 3-day events where Woody Harrelson was our guest of honour!
And after bringing raw food to the masses since 1998, I was awarded the International Wellness Visionary Award in 2024
.
But these are accomplishments of a former life.
Once I approached 50, everything seemed to change...
Loss, bereavements, massive life changes - and challenges - and equally massive realisations. New feelings and awarenesses that just weren't there in my previous years.
But what stood out the most was this desire, this craving, for peace, quiet and, ultimately, closeness to God.
It was as if my soul was calling me home...
not to transition, but instead to transform.
The journey I've been on over the past three years has been unlike anything I've known before. While menopause is its own physical rite of passage, running simultaneously, more quietly in the background is "the great unravelling".
At face value it can look and feel extremely unnerving, but look and feel into it with your inner eyes and it's plain to see that it's a returning to the rawness, possibility and potential of your younger years - before life swept you up and took you in a particular direction - family, career, responsibility, identity.
But what's different this time (and it's so incredibly different) is that now you have the gifts of experience, wisdom, hindsight.
You know how life works, you know what no longer works for you, and deep down you know that far from being over, in so many ways your life has only just begun.
Granted, there are times you may struggle, question, doubt and wonder.
Your days may be consumed with fears or worries about ageing, losing who you once were, and how your future might look.
These are all perfectly natural thoughts, feelings and responses to what has, up until this point, been focused on your external, human, experience.
But menopause and midlife are not a mistake, or a design fault!
They're not there to be fixed, stopped or glossed over.
Instead it's a passage in time that walks you from one version of you into a whole new possibility of other.
Where before your eyes were faced outwards, now they are being guided to look inward.
Those who look, find, and those who don't remain fixated on loss rather than the gains that are now available to them, if only they would see.
This is where I come in.
Consider me a spiritual midwife who supports midlife women to birth their brightest, most vibrant and visionary soul-led future.
This is not your average "coaching" situation.
This is a deep conversation and insight into how life works at the unseen levels, where your soul will meet you when you choose to go within.

So why me? Why am I the perfect guide to support you on this journey?
Since I was a young child I've always felt the presence of God. I would pray and give thanks for my life on my birthday. I would constantly question life, and why things were the way they were (especially the less enjoyable parts). And when I was in my early 20's and lost the desire to live, when no-one knew how to help me, I found my way to keep moving forward while praying on my father's living room floor.
My whole life I've been willing to go to those "scary" internal places most people run away from. I've spent untold hours asking the big questions and not giving up until I had a truly resonant answer. And I've coached, mentored and supported literally thousands of women to learn how to hear the whispers of their own soul.
But midlife is different...
It's a time like no other and how each woman chooses to navigate it will define the rest of her life.
This is a turning point, a window in time where we get to decide:
"Will I make the second half of my life a less-vibrant version of what has gone before, or will I go deep, find out who I truly am and what my heart truly desires, and step into the most wonderful few decades of my life so far?"

INITIATION takes place on Saturday 8th November 2025 at a beautiful, high-end hotel in London’s West End.
Doors will open at 9:45am for a prompt 10:00am start.
Our time together will complete at 5:30pm, but allow an extra 30-minutes just in case.
Exact location details will be sent to you upon confirmation that your place is allocated and secured. (See section 9 below for more about the “application” process.)
Right now, the investment for the entire one-day experience is just £497 including VAT.
This is the Early Bird pricing and it will be going up to £597 inc. VAT when the timer at the top of the page hits zero.

Once we’ve heard back from you, and assuming everything is a fit, you’ll receive an official confirmation of your booking, all relevant details and be invited to join the Mighty Networks space specific to this event.
If it turns out that I don’t feel this is the best place for you at this time, you will be refunded in full, and I’ll be happy to help you find the best alternative next step for you.

There’ll be water, herbal teas and healthy and delicious snacks served throughout the day, and a high-raw, plant-based buffet will be served at lunchtime – all designed to nourish your body and keep your physical energy clear and high-vibe for an optimised experience.
Accommodation is not included, but there are many hotels and places to stay within easy reach of the venue in London W1.
Once your place is confirmed, you’ll learn the exact location for our event and you’ll also be invited to join a “secret” space within Mighty Networks so you can connect with other attendees ahead of the day and potentially organise an Air BNB or room-mate situation if that speaks to you.
Just yourself, an open mind, a favourite pen, and a willingness to listen to your soul.
You’ll receive a beautiful printed workbook on arrival, and then you’ll have everything you need for the day.
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable yet also feels aligned with the woman you’re becoming – the one who lives authentically, fully alive as her soul.
The most important thing is that you feel comfortable, so you can relax fully into the experience and feel completely at ease.

Most women attend events of this nature on their own – specifically because they often struggle to find like-minded friends in their everyday life.
And in many ways, coming alone is preferable because you stay in your own unique experience.
This day is designed to be a safe, welcoming space, and I am great at connecting people!
As the group is relatively small you’ll quickly find connection with like-minded women, and if you’re already working with me, a member of ECLL or have worked with me in the past, chances are there will be more than a few familiar faces!
You may arrive solo, but you certainly won’t leave feeling alone!
There’s not a payment plan, especially as the event is right around the corner, however, if you pay via PayPal you may find it gives you the option to pay in multiple instalments.
We know life can be unpredictable.
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, however if something unexpected arises, you’ll be able to transfer your ticket to another woman who would love to attend, up until 12:00pm UK time on Thursday 6th November 2025 (absolute latest).
Details for how to do this will be provided on request, and entry will also be subject to your guest answering the same questions you answered, to ensure she’s in the right place.

It’s called “Your Visionary Business” and is a perfect follow-on event from this one as we move into exploring how to create and/or build a soul-aligned business.
Only 10 places are available. Already 6 of those 10 places have gone.
The event is currently £797 including VAT, however if you sign-up for both experiences, you pay just £997 inc. VAT, saving £297 overall.
As per the INITIATION experience, this workshop is also currently at its Early Bird price point. The investment for the Visionary Business will increase to £997 inc. VAT when the timer hits zero, and the two events combined will then be at the new joint price of £1297 inc VAT.
