Very little feels worse than to wake up in the morning feeling exhausted, dragging yourself out of bed, only to hate what you see in the mirror.
I get it because for many years of my life, that was me.
Probably also like you, I tried countless weight loss diets, a plethora of eating plans and followed a zillion healthy eating gurus.
After years of trial and tribulation, I finally discovered that what was always missing from everything I heard, tried and read was ME.
And this is where it all began.
